Once your order form and files have been received, You will receive an e-mail confirmation or an electronic proof of your order within 24 hours. Since we do large volume printing we ask if you could wait at least 24 hours to receive an e-mail confirmation or proof of your order before calling Spotlight Printing. A couple of things to think about when viewing your proofs.

Spotlight Printing complies with Specifications for Web Offset Publications (SWOP) which was initiated in 1975 "as a response to the printing industry's need for uniform specifications and tolerances to ensure consistency and quality of material in publications."

Howver, there could be slight color variations between the final print production and the online proof due to variations with color settings (RGB AND CMYK settings) on monitors and software used to view your proofs.

Once an online proof has been approved- Spotlight Printing will call and provide final total and collect payment.

Once a proof has been approved- printing may begin before payment is collected. In those cases, once a proof has been approved, the customer has entered into a binding agreement to purchase printing services and thus cannot change the order once the proof has been approved, unless the order has not gone to the printing press yet.
